Arrival and departure
The apartment is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. We request that you leave by 10 a.m.
Online Reservation
A provisional reservation will be made for 3 working days upon confirmation of your request by email. Within this period we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost.
The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of payment. You will receive the account details with the confirmation email.
The remaining payment must be made by bank transfer up to 14 days before arrival.
Non smoking apartment
We ask you to refrain from smoking in all rooms of the apartment. However, you are welcome to use the covered area on the terrace.
Dogs are not allowed.

The cancellation fees are as follows
Our recommendation: please consider taking out travel insurance so that you do not face any financial losses due to cancellation fees.
And please check whether your health insurance covers the use of rescue helicopters. Due to the geographical conditions, these are quite common here.
